This tour is a high-intensity safari experience focusing on massive elephant herds, iconic baobab trees (Tarangire), tree-climbing lions, and scenic lake views (Manyara). They are often combined due to proximity (approx. 2 hours from Arusha) to maximize wildlife viewing in a short time
Arusha and Lake Manyara National Park Tour Itinerary
Day 1
After breakfast, collect our picnic lunch boxes then we take a short pleasant morning drive to Tarangire National Park, Arrival at the gate our driver will do all the government procedures then proceed inside the park for a full day game drive in the park located slightly off the main safari route. Tarangire National Park is a lovely quiet park in Northern Tanzania most famous for its elephant migration, and birding safari with a quiet atmosphere. Later in the evening we drive to the lodge/hotel for evening leisure and overnight.
Dinner & Over night at;Marera Valley, Tloma lodge, Ngoro Ngoro Farm House OR something similar in Karatu Town(depending on the availability of rooms on the scheduled program date).
Day 2
The town is a souvenir hunter’s paradise, harboring thousands souvenir salesmen – ready to pounce at your slightest invitation. The Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located African wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals; including one of Africa’s densely populated of herd of African elephant, famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos, attracted by the algae in the lake.
After an Unbeatable & Unforgettable experience later in the mid-day or afternoon depending on your flight Departure details you head to Kilimanjaro International Airport for you flight to back home or Zanzibar or to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation of booking or failure to join a tour will result in the retention of funds
- by THE VICMOS Tours & Safaris as follows:
- • Upon receipt of written cancellation by any member of the tour indicated on
- these reservations 30 days or longer before departure, 10% of the
- reservation of the canceling party will be retained by The VICMOS Tours &
- Safaris, and the balance of the package price refunded within 2-3 weeks of
- working days.
- • If a cancellation is received at least 14 days and up to 29 days before
- departure, 50% of the package price will be retained by The VICMOS Tours &
- Safaris and the balance of the package price refunded within 2-3 weeks of
- working days.
- • If a cancellation is received less than 14 days before departure, 70% of the
- total package price will be retained by The VICMOS Tours & Safaris and the
